2026 Census Notice

All Savoy Residences will soon be receiving the annual street listing/census by mail.  Per Massachusetts state law (Massachusetts General Laws, Ch. 51, Sec. 4), these must be returned to the Town Clerk by January 31, 2026.  Failure to return the street listing/census will result in all voters at the residence being designated as inactive, which can then lead to removal from the voter rolls.  If you do not receive a street listing/census please contact me at 413-743-4290 ext. 1006 or at townclerk@townofsavoy.com.  

The completed street listings/census may be returned in person at the Town Office during office hours, in the "Town Clerk" lockbox on the porch of the Town Offices, or send by mail to:
