The four towns FHMS Committee are meeting on Thursday, October 29, at 4:30 pm in Florida Ma to discuss the current status of the FHMS Broadband Project. Citizens are invited to join by call in or connect online on Freeconferencecall.com only.   We ask you to please not interrupt meeting with questions. There will be a citizens’ Q&A at the end of the agenda for questions we did not discuss during the meeting. We will ask for your input as we need it.

  • Review and approve minutes from Sept 24th

    • Status of MBI payments to WiValley for Phase 2.
    • Status of installation of all remaining poles approved for installation
    • Poles not yet finalized or approved
    • Status of Heath pole (serves northeast Hawley-Dodge Corner)
    • Status of utility connections of all upright poles.
    • Status of antennas on upright poles
    • Status if implementation of CBRS
    • Status of Phase 3 and expected completion.
    • Status of Phase 1A, Borden Mountain site.(that connects a LOT of customers.)
    • Status of phase 4 and expected completion.
    • Status of Lawless site.
    • Updated Critical Path chart-will we finish infrastructure by year end?
    • Updated chart of poles and links and their status
    • Update on accidents, covid effects, staffing in general and inventory levels for forward progress.
  • Thursday conference calls with WiValley, MBI, Design 9 and Lark
  • Efforts to connect households with school age children
